Information we collect
We collect your ChatGPT account identity, role, tester qualification profile, Market Test activity, feedback responses, reward status, and support communications. Product founders provide product and Market Test information.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate accounts, match eligible testers, operate Market Tests, review feedback, provision rewards, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and improve the marketplace.
What founders receive
A founder receives the qualification information needed for a claimed Market Test and the feedback you submit for that product. We do not sell tester profiles or use feedback for third-party advertising.
Retention and choices
Records are retained while needed to operate the marketplace, document rewards, address disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may opt out of testing from your account and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
