Useful feedback earns the listed reward—even when it is negative.
Every Market Test shows its eligibility requirements, one task, effort, deadline, access, reward, restrictions, permissions, price, and fulfillment timing before you claim it.
Acceptance standard
Feedback is accepted when the participant met the published eligibility requirements, made one genuine task attempt, and gave complete, relevant, and specific observations. A blocked or failed attempt is valid when it explains where the attempt stopped, what was expected, and what actually happened. Positive feedback is never required.
Review timing
Founders should review submitted feedback within five business days. If a response is incomplete, unclear, or too general, the participant must be told exactly what needs clarification and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Reward fulfillment states
A reward is promised when an evaluation is claimed, earned when qualifying feedback is accepted, available when the founder provisions it, delivered when the participant confirms receipt, and disputed when fulfillment is missing or unusable. Product-specific rewards remain flexible, but their restrictions and timing must be shown before participation.
Purchases and permissions
A Market Test cannot require participants to purchase access or enter payment details. Required accounts, devices, permissions, and data access must be disclosed before qualification.
Rejections and disputes
Ambiguity alone is not fraud. A rejection must follow a clarification opportunity and identify which published standard was still unmet. Disagreement with honest negative feedback is not a valid reason to reject it.
